Due to the nature of our skincare products, we are unable to accept returns for used or opened items for hygiene and safety reasons.
However, if you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as needed.

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind. If your product arrived faulty, please reach out to us — we will resolve it promptly.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect. We are not responsible for customs duties or lost returns.
