At Adèle & Camille, we take pride in the quality and purity of our oils. As a small batch brand offering skincare products made to order, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns due to change of mind or skin preferences.

However, if your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we’re here to help.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the product is damaged or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@adeleandcamille.com with: your order number, a clear photo of the issue, a brief description

We will review and offer a replacement or refund if the item is deemed faulty.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Cancellations

We begin preparing your order shortly after it’s placed, so unfortunately we cannot guarantee cancellations once the order is confirmed. Please email us as soon as possible if you have a concern.
